The average custom basic website will take up to 40 to 50 hours to complete. The average custom standard will take 65 to 75 hours to complete.  The design/development fee is what covers those costs.

The monthly fee covers all of the ongoing costs and support you will need once the site is launched. These include but are not limited to things like: hosting, support ticket responses, content and layout help, emails, backups, fielding technical questions, and more!

With a custom website there are multiple things that have to be monitored and kept up in order for your site to stay secure and to work properly. We take care of all of those things for you!

Websites are not all the same so each will have its own time frame for completion. With that said we have been working with NPs for years developing websites.

Here are some averages we have settled in on over the past few years when pertaining specifically to NP website design/development.

• 65% 5 to 8 weeks
• 10% less than 5 weeks
• 25% longer than 8 weeks

The 25% going longer than 8 weeks is generally due to a lack of responses in a timely manner from the practitioner or the lack of the need of a quick launch.

Yes, if you purchase a custom basic or standard website and you do not use all of your pages during setup you can add them at a later time as long as it is within the first 12 months of your contract.

Yes we can give you content editing access if you would like. This would include things like editing existing page text, images, and submit blog posts, etc..

Many NPs simply submit tickets and allow our support team to do many of the edits for them. We can work together with you to give you the ultimate website experience.

We will give you access to edit content, images, etc.. but full admin rights open the site up to hackable plugins and access to source files that can be vulnerable to bad scripts and could cause issues not only with your site but our servers and networks.

We will work with you to get what you need done. Don’t worry you will have the timely support needed to help you with anything you need to take care of that might have needed full admin access. This will be done without opening our systems and networks to hacking or vulnerabilities and degredation of services across the board.

Yes we can use your domain. We will just need access to add the appropriate DNS settings so that we can connect your site and services like email. 

Yes once we start your project we will simply ask for you to share your logo files with us. We prefer the logo to be delivered in a PNG, SVG, AI, or EPS format.

Yes, if you are in a custom website package the site is your site. Keep in mind that we do require a 12 month minimum commitment on the monthly and after that your site contract will be month to month with a 30 day notice of cancellation. 

If you do decide to leave our services your email will need to be reset up, licensing on any plugins would need to be paid by you, image repository connections would be lost, and hosting would need to be supplied and paid to your new service. 

We do not support sites that have been moved from our servers.

Yes we have a repository of over 6 million images that can be copyrighted to your site. 

A site re-skin is where NP Igniter with your input will re-skin your current site and shift colors, section transitions, etc.. so that your site looks like a brand new website. This does not include writing new content but in essence will allow for you to have a brand new look.

With the Standard package we can do this upon request once every 2 years for free. 

With the basic package the re-skin is discounted at $750.
